Howdy penguins! Billybob has declared that a ‘Ye old membership igloo competition’ will take place this month! it will START on the 23rd of May! 3 days after my birthday

hmm well i was thinking of having like a few rounds maybe
example: round one= 3 penguins get through
round 2=3 penguins get through
round 3= 3 penguins get through!
then you have like three chances to get in the top nine… hmmm then i can do a competition to decide the winner and the runners up can get something.. what do you think?
1st place should get a 12 month membership
2nd place should get a 6 month membership
And 3rd place should get a 1 month membership
